  I have the same complain, Patty Todd is poring grass in peoples flower beds. the Property is Federal Housing Project. & if she keep on managing it in the way she is this property is going to be shut down if they fail to notice. she has been taking the office phone to her house on a sunday. she discriminates people in wheel chairs hassles people not to make a whole lot of noise with there wheel chair lift. thats not fair ,when people have a disability & have to pull out the wheel chair lift to get out of there van. has asked him to park his van on the street at nite. she is the only one who has a problem. people just sit back & wait to see what is going on . I still don't under stand whats happening around here.?
